During this time period Sherri has had many successes. She has collected vast amounts of data pertaining to our membership, she has helped many committees become successful, active and integral parts of our community and she has been a very big help to our rabbi which allows him to concentrate on rabbinical duties. In short, she has helped our congregation advance itself during the time that she has worked in this position.
It has been decided that it is time to phase out the position, step back and evaluate the progress that has been made and decide how to best utilize the resources going forward.
I would like to personally thank Sherri for all that she has done. This was a tough job addressing one of the biggest issues that we face as a congregation. I know that at times the job was frustrating; however, I also know that it was very rewarding too. I guess this is the case with anything that you are passionate about and Sherri was definitely passionate when it came to being our Volunteer Coordinator. A debt of gratitude is owed for her efforts. If you see her in the halls, please pass on your appreciation.
